| Come meet Flora and you will see a very happy go lucky gal! And when we say lucky that is an understatement as Flora was found on the side of the road in a ditch! We suspect she was either dumped there my her owner's or she had been hit by a car. Flora has both her hips dislocated, but it doesn't slow her down. She still runs (or hops) all over the place!
