Hello - My Name's Reese

Age: 10 YO
Sex: Male
Size: 31-35 Pounds
Breed: Cocker Spaniel
CCRID#: 2015
Just the Facts
7/21/19 home trial w/Shrader family 7/15/19 Reese is just the happiest boy !!!!! Sight isn't all it's cracked up to be according to him. His coat is growing back and he's looking quite spiffy these days. Walks very well on a leash and does well with other dogs as long as they don't invade his space a lot. He will be at mingle with the mutts...... 5/31/19 Reese came in from a neighboring shelter where he was supposedly found as a stray. However, it was later learned that his owner was in jail and possibly his family brought him in. He came in with severe glaucomatous eyes to the point they were bulging and extremely painful. His temperament was a bit on edge but now that he has had his eyes removed, he seems to be nonpainful and extremely happy. Reese is a larger-sized cocker with a natural tail which wags all the time!!!!! He will need a special family who can help him adapt to his blindness. Please complete an online application if you think you can provide special care for Reese!/Bj
