Hello - My Name's Peanut

Age: 3 - 5 years
Sex: Female
Size: Small
Breed: Cocker Spaniel Dachshund MIX
CCRID#: 1156

Just the Facts
Peanut was just pulled from a kill shelter. She is very petite, only about 12 pounds or so. She is thought to be around 3 - 5 years old, and a cocker spaniel/dachshund mix. Peanut has had puppies in the past we can tell, and is VERY VERY timid and needs to learn to trust people again. We recommend an understanding and patient home. We gave her a bath and knew she'd probably never had one before, as it scared her horribly. She will warm up to a kind and patient person, and gives well earned kisses for your patience. If you can foster this little girl until that special person finds her to love her forever, please call 614-554-1300 or 614-554-7755 asap. 8-3-10 - Peanut was well into HW treatment & passed away in her sleep last night. Moved to adoption pending per Barb's request. Adopter was notified by Barb. - Wen
