9/30/20 Avery has not improved a great deal other than she will go outside with the other cockers and attempts to hang out with everyone in the evening. Still runs/darts if approached. Does better on leash but still skittish. She will continue in permanent foster 🙁
8/5/17 NOTE: Due to her being a very high risk runner and not being leash trained at all, we have been advised that she is not ready yet for adoption. All approved applicants will be kept apprised of her progress if desired. Our trainer feels she needs about another 2 months of stabilization in her current foster home as well as behavior modification techniques to help her adapt to humans are in order.
7/2/17 This beautiful 3-4 yo sable colored girl is new to rescue. She came from a puppy mill so is not house trained snd is very scared. Avery will need a cocker savvy adopter who can help her learn to walk on a leash and work on house training. Please complete an application if you feel you can handle her issues.
