Meet Cooper!
08-02-2023 – Cooper was adopted by his foster family the Osbourne’s.
07-08-2023 Cooper is taking in by a foster on behalf of CCR, Not much is known about him, except that he had been kept in a barn and may have some socialization deficit and not be house trained yet.
We recommend that he go to a home with puppy and/or cocker spaniel experience.
