11/18/2021 Tootsie’s heart surgery has been scheduled for 12/23 and she has a potential adopter willing to help with post surgical care. 

 

10/29/2021 – So today brought a different kind of challenge. This gorgeous, liver colored, purebred Cocker Spaniel puppy was purchased from a breeder, came with papers and as it turns out , has a very serious health condition known as “persistent right aortic arch” . It will cost thousands of dollars to treat this little one. The buyer left the pup with their vet . When the breeder was contacted she agreed to take the pup back but would just have the pup put to sleep.
